Do I need to pay anything upfront?

What if my design doesn't sell?
You're not charged. No inventory means no risk. Upload 50 designs, only pay for the ones that sell. Remove unpopular products anytime with one click.
Can I use my own branding on packaging?
Yes. Packing slips show your logo, return address uses your business name. Customers never see PrintHub branding unless you want it.
How long does shipping actually take?
India metro cities: 3-5 days. Tier 2/3 cities: 5-7 days. US: 6-8 days. EU: 7-10 days. We print within 12 hours of order placement, ship within 48 hours total.
What if a customer wants a refund?
You handle the customer relationship. We handle production issues—misprints, damaged items, wrong sizes. If it's our error, we reprint free and ship priority.
Can I see product quality before selling?
Order sample packs at base cost. Most sellers order 3-5 samples per product type. You pay cost price, we waive shipping for first sample order.
