When do I actually pay for an order?
We deduct base cost + shipping from your sale price when the customer pays. Profit deposits to your bank account within 3 business days of order completion.
What if I want to switch from Free to Growth tier?
Happens automatically when you hit 100 orders in a calendar month. Discount applies retroactively to all orders that month. You don't click anything, system upgrades you.
Are there any transaction fees?
No. We don't charge transaction fees or payment processing fees. You handle payment processing on your store, we deduct product cost from the total.
How do volume discounts work?
At 100 orders/month you get 5% off base cost on every item. At 250/month it's 8% off, at 500/month it's 12% off. Discounts calculate monthly, reset each month.
Can I negotiate better rates if I'm doing high volume?
Yes. If you're consistently above 500 orders/month, email sales@printhub.in with your 90-day order history. We review case-by-case for custom pricing.
What if an order gets returned or refunded?
If we printed it, you already paid base cost. Refund the customer on your end. If it's our error (misprint, damaged), we refund the base cost and reprint free.
Do I get charged for sample orders?
Yes, at base cost. But we waive shipping on your first sample order. After that, samples are base cost + standard shipping like any other order.
Is there a setup fee or onboarding fee?
No. Sign up, upload designs, connect your store—free. We make money when you make sales, not from setup fees or monthly subscriptions.
