System checks customer location, routes to Bangalore, Mumbai, or Delhi center. Queue position assigned, average wait time 8 hours during weekdays, 12 hours weekends.
Product prints and quality-checks in 3 hours
Kornit or DTG machine prints the design. Item cures for 45 minutes. QC team inspects for color accuracy, alignment, fabric defects. Defects trigger automatic reprint.
Pack and ship in 6 hours, tracking goes live
Item packed with your branded packing slip, no PrintHub logos. Courier pickup within 6 hours. Tracking number posts to your store, customer gets email notification.
Delivered in 3-10 days depending on location
India metros: 3-5 days. Tier 2/3 cities: 5-7 days. International: 7-10 days. If delivery fails, we reship at no cost if it's courier error.

What's the actual print quality like?
We use Kornit Avalanche HD6 and DTG M2 machines. 1200 DPI minimum resolution. Colors are vibrant, won't crack or peel. We print 8,400 orders weekly, defect rate is 0.6%.
Can I order samples before selling?
Yes. Pay base cost, we waive shipping on your first sample order. Most sellers order 3-5 items to check quality and sizing before launching.
Do you handle returns if customers aren't happy?
You manage customer service. If the issue is our fault—misprint, wrong size, damaged in transit—we reprint and reship free. Customer satisfaction issues are between you and the buyer.
What file formats do you accept?
PNG, SVG, AI, PSD, PDF. Recommended: PNG at 300 DPI, transparent background. Max file size 50 MB. System auto-converts and optimizes for each product type.
How does white-label packaging work?
Packing slip shows your logo, business name, return address. No PrintHub branding unless you request it. Tracking emails sent from a neutral domain with your business name in the subject.
What if I want a product you don't offer?
Email us with the product type and expected volume. If you can commit to 200+ units over 3 months, we'll source it. Past custom requests: embroidered patches, enamel pins, socks.
Can I use my own shipping carrier?
No. We use Delhivery, BlueDart, and DHL for consistency and tracking accuracy. However, Enterprise tier gets same-day pickup slots in 4 metro cities.
