How long does it take to get my account set up?
Once you fill the form, we send login credentials within 2 hours. Upload your first design, you're live. Entire process from signup to first product listed: under 90 minutes.
Can I schedule a call to walk through the platform?
Yes. Mention 'schedule call' in the message field above. We'll send a Calendly link with 30-minute slots available within 48 hours.
Do you offer demos or trial periods?
The Free tier IS the trial. You get full platform access, all 347 products, up to 25 orders/month. No credit card required to start.
What if I need help integrating with Shopify or WooCommerce?
We have docs for both. Shopify is a one-click app install. WooCommerce takes about 15 minutes to configure webhooks. If you get stuck, our support team handles integration questions within 4 hours.
Can I talk to an existing seller before signing up?
Yes. Email us at hello@printhub.in with 'reference request' in the subject. We'll connect you with 2-3 sellers in a similar niche who've agreed to take intro calls.
